Patient Emails

At Nouvelle-Eglise, clinical notes, correspondence, and information regarding a patient’s situation may be sent to other practitioners engaged in the patient’s treatment. If patients do not wish for information to be provided through email, they may indicate this on the consent form at Nouvelle-Eglise or notify their treating therapist.
