Storage of Patient Clinical Records

Click is the online administration system utilised by Nouvelle-Eglise for the storage of patient healthcare information. They have their own privacy and terms of service policies.

HTTPS is used to encrypt your data during transmission (end-to-end encryption). Click employs a 2048-bit SSL certificate for transmission encryption.

Using the industry-standard AES-256 encryption technique, all data is also secured at rest and backed up daily.

Certifications and Accreditations

The hosting partner of Click has obtained the following accreditations and certifications: PCI DSS Level 1, ISO 27001, and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (Information Security Management System)

Patient Emails

At Nouvelle-Eglise, clinical notes, correspondence, and information regarding a patient’s situation may be sent to other practitioners engaged in the patient’s treatment. If patients do not wish for information to be provided through email, they may indicate this on the consent form at Nouvelle-Eglise or notify their treating therapist.
